Consejo Regulador
The Regulatory Board, set up on 20 April 2004, is a decentralised Body subordinate to the Agriculture and Fisheries Department of the Junta de Andalucía (Andalusian Regional Government), having binding capacity, as well as full responsibility and decision-making duties regarding any functions the Guarantee of Origin Regulations might grant it.
