CASUR, which produces, handles and markets vegetable and fruit produce, has considered that the quality and environmental care its activities involve are strategic and fundamental factors that help to maintain the high level of the services it provides.

 

Our fundamental purpose is to achieve total customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations, at the lowest price and with the least possible environmental impact. This business strategy will allow us to continuously improve our position on the market and to stand out from the rest of our competitors.

 

Our management philosophy is focused on increasing our prestige in this sector. In order to achieve that, we base our strategy on:

 

- Optimisation of client’s satisfaction by means of a job well done, noticeable quality and loyalty, in such a way that it usually exceeds the client’s expectations and the service value.

- The highest quality of work carried out by means of a systematic organisation of our activities, which are environmentally friendly.

- Providing the best and most highly trained human resources as well as the most advanced technical means to provide a complete and fast service.

- We take on responsibility for preventive awareness, continuous improvement and prevention of contamination.

 

By all this we mean to achieve our clients’ complete satisfaction, adding a reasonable cost to the principles described above.

CASUR, has implemented the measures leading to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality of services provided, establishing its quality-related policy so that it may satisfy its clients’ expectations, by meeting the applicable legal requirements and other requirements endorsed by the organisation, besides the UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001 and UNE 155000 regulations, and the BRC and IFS Protocols, the hitherto described stipulations binding the entire company.

 

 

CASUR thus undertakes to obtain, handle and sell safe produce, with the best warranties of wholesomeness and hygiene, and will, at the same time, meet the legal and ethical requirements relating to this sector.

 

The Chairman of the Administration Board considers it fundamental that all employees, on whose professionalism and efficiency the acknowledged quality of CASUR, services depends, be part of this policy by striving to improve day by day. The Chairman of the Administration Board is in charge of supervising the strict application of this Policy and grants the Management Coordinator sufficient power to cooperate with him in implementing and monitoring the Management System, granting him the freedom required to identify problems, suggest solutions and follow up their application.
