MONITORING AND PLANNING
CASUR has, due to its determination to control all product stages, two control rooms where it will check the fruit evolution during the days that follow its consignment.
The customer care team takes over monitoring once the lots have been shipped and so the circle of quality and service closes.
By means of visits, market research, studies of consumption trends and prior cultivation statements, CASUR will adapt the production, of both varieties and quantities, planning the future campaigns and thus achieving the optimisation of its produce and providing the most complete and efficient service to its clients.
